MacKillop Community Centre offers aged care packages to residents of Ryde/Hunters Hill and Central Coast in their own home.

Mission Statement

Sisters of St Joseph Aged Care Services (NSW) Limited provides physical, emotional and spiritual support of the highest quality to the frail aged and those who require extended care.

This quality of care is inspired by the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the lived tradition of Blessed Mary MacKillop, foundress of the Sisters of St Joseph.

We deliver holistic care in the most appropriate setting, according to individual needs, keeping in mind the interest dignity of each person. We are particularly concerned with the poor and isolated in our communities. We offer support to families, communities and colleagues in their challenging role as carers.

Admission Policy

St Anne's Nursing Home Residents:
Residents admitted to the nursing home must have a current 2624 approval for high level, permanent care. The ACAT team arranges assessments for people requiring nursing home care.

St Joseph's Hostel Residents:
Our entry policy states priority to Sisters of St Joseph, female relatives of the Sisters, and women from the local area. Residents admitted to the hostel must have a current 2624 approval for low level care. The ACAT team arranges assessments for people requiring hostel care. We also offer respite care 365 days of the year.
