What we do

Marian Rest Home is a licensed Rest Home in Mission Bay owned by the Sisters of St Joseph of the Sacred Heart.  Linked with Mary MacKillop Centre, the Province's main house, it offers long term care to older people in a uniquely prayerful and caring environment.

Marian Rest Home was built to care for our sick sisters and over time has developed into a government approved Rest Home in which we care not only for Sisters of St Joseph but for others who are attracted to the particular nature of the environment.

The quality care provided by Registered and Enrolled nurses, Diversional Therapist, Pastoral Care Staff and trained Care-givers reflects the healthcare philosophy of the Sisters of St Joseph.
