Where we are...

Mary MacKillop Centre
56 Selwyn Avenue, Mission Bay, Auckland
The Sisters of St Joseph took up residence in the homestead owned
by Sir Earnest Davis in 1950. This is the Turangawaewae (a place
to stand) for all the Sisters in New Zealand.

On this property we now have operating:

A Chapel that is open to the public
for the daily 9.30 am Mass.
-
A Rest Home - Marian Rest Home
aims to provide holistic, quality care, with emphasis on a safe,
home like, peaceful environment where staff, residents, and families,
are involved in a team approach to care.
-
A Retreat Centre for Religious. Directed, Private and Guided Retreats are offered for Josephite Sisters and other Religious.
-
A Respite Care House for Families.
The House of Bethany gives families, usually with few other opportunities for relaxing together, a family holiday.
-
Nine Units to provide housing for
the elderly people.
-
Administration Centre for the New
Zealand Sisters.
-
Archives housing the history of the
New Zealand Josephites.
