Mary MacKillop Centre

The Mary MacKillop Centre was established in the convent of the Sisters of St Joseph at Annerley in 1994 to promote a greater understanding of the life and work of Blessed Mary MacKillop.

Visitors to the centre are taken on a guided tour through dioramas depicting the life and times of Mary MacKillop. Life-size models, with informative soundtrack and mood lighting, lead you back in time to experience something of the courageous spirit and compassionate heart of  this woman of God.  A stimulating photographic display presents some fascinating additional aspects of her life.

A quiet, peaceful Chapel allows the visitor time for reflection and prayer.  There is an opportunity to purchase prints of Mary Mackillop, prayer cards, medals, books, music and toile goods.
