Life Commitment

Sister Sharon Teresa of the Victorian Province made her life commitment as a Sister of St Joseph on Saturday October 7 during a Mass celebrated in her home parish of St Mary’s Yarram.

Sister Anne Derwin, Congregational Leader received her vows and Bishop Christopher Prowse was the Principal Celebrant.

Sharon’s parents and many of her siblings, her friends and Sisters of St Joseph from many provinces joined the local community for this very joyous and inspirational celebration.

The whole Christian community of Yarram in South Gippsland helped out for this wonderful celebration with refreshments being in the Anglican hall, served by the Uniting Church women!
