A woman on a Mission: fostering Josephite Associates

Three years ago, Mary Fermio rsj was appointed as the Co-ordinator of the Victorian Josephite Associates. Her brief was to do all she could to resource local groups of Associates, fostering and empowering leaders - so that she would be redundant at the end of her term of appointment. 

A recent conversation with Mary reveals that she is very evidently a woman on a mission, a self-starter and innovator with a passion for both empowering leadership, and discovering and nurturing potential Associates.
