Josephite Action Group (JAG)
JAG was created by students for students to volunteer and get involved with social justice beyond school. Today, it is a group of students from both Josephite and other schools, university students and young people who volunteer in the example of the Sisters of Saint Joseph.
JAG volunteers live the Josephite legacy through action:
- Participating in cleaning homes for the House of Welcome
- Volunteering at Welcome Weekends with families recently arrived in Australia
- Joining forums and meeting with politicians
- Organising fundraisers… and much more
Through volunteering, mentorship and collaborative initiatives, JAG aims to advocate and enact positive change in our world.
