Processing Orders

All online orders are processed by Mary MacKillop Place Café & Gift Shop ABN 71 504 096 645, 7 Mount Street North Sydney NSW 2060


 All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive. Mary MacKillop Online Store tries to ensure that prices are accurate. If a product is advertised with an erroneous price, we will contact you to reconfirm the order at the correct price or offer a cancellation and refund if necessary. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel your order.

Product Availability

 Mary MacKillop Online Store endeavours to ensure products ordered are in stock. In cases where an order is placed and the relevant product is found to be out of stock, Mary MacKillop Online Store will notify you by email. If no substitute is agreed upon, Mary MacKillop Online Store will refund in full any amounts paid.


Products purchased through Mary MacKillop Online Store must be paid for at the time of ordering.  We accept Mastercard, American Express and Visa. Payment is processed using AusPost SecurePay.

Dispatch and Delivery

 Mary MacKillop Online Store normally processes orders within 3 business days. If for some reason we are unable to dispatch an order within 3 business days, we will notify you by email or phone. During peak times, such as Christmas, Easter, and Mary MacKillop’s Feast Day, delivery times may vary.

We dispatch goods within Australia and internationally using Australia Post. Please check  for estimated delivery times.

Postage Fees

 Mary MacKillop Online Store charges a flat rate for postage, which is displayed at checkout.

Within Australia        $12

New Zealand            $20

All other Countries   $30

Refunds and Returns Policy

 Customers wishing to return goods must contact Mary MacKillop Online store by email ( or phone (02 8912 4892) and provide us with the Order Number before returns and refunds will be considered.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a refund, minus postage fees.

Any product you return must be in the same condition in which you received it and must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or confirmation.

A defective, incorrect or damaged product must be reported to Mary MacKillop Online Store within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within 30 days of the date on which the order was placed.

We will make arrangements to replace the unsuitable item/s. The cost of returning defective, incorrect or damaged products, by standard post, will be refunded to you. Mary MacKillop Online Store does not refund postage for goods returned because of a change of mind.
